Paul Putnam states $18,469.65
Tootsie Rolls $4961, we still need to pay for Tootsie Rolls.
Dick moved to approve, Tom seconded, Approved
F/S Report: Brent #106 members, 78 Associates, 28 Insured. Audit Pending
Committee Reports
1st, 2nd and 3rd Degree Knight instruction scheduled 9 Jan at Parish Hall
Levi, Dale and Mike are planning on attending.
4th Degree still scheduled at Rosebud, Il.
Jay not present, Steve estimates $300-400 realized in TeriLynn candy sales.
Old Business
Larry says kitchen is done except gasoline for pancake grille. He will contact Cal.

Gave $500 to Food Pantry
It was recommended we find actual bylaws for council, update to PDF, and consider changing maximum amount to be donated to any given organization.
