The meeting was called to order at 7.00 pm.
Father Charles led the opening prayer and the pledge.
The previous monthly minutes were read and a motion for approval by Larry and a second by John motion carried.
Treasurer report was presented by Paul and a motion by Tom and a second by Bob motion carried.
F/Secretary Brent reported that we have 92 members and the S.P.-7 Columbian is being prepared for submitting. Brent also mentioned that the retention paper work is moving forward.
The Knights Scholarship for Jordan and Alleman is moving forward and Wendy Todd and Bob DeJager will be contacted.
Larry reported on the progression of the Guy Randazzo Memorial Golf Outing that is going very well. Hole Sponsors are doing real well.
Bob reported on the Banner and Flag progress. The Council Banner will be on wheels for movement.
The Tootsie Roll Drive will be on September 21 st and 22 nd. Volunteers will be called and those who cannot participate are requested to contribute a $10.00 donation. SPEC and Blackhawk Special Education will be notified.
Mothers Day roses was a huge success especially at St. Pat’s. We only had 34 left out of the 250 that was purchased.

Summer Fest on June 24 th with the Knights covering Bingo and some of the cooking and also other duties as assigned that need to have help with or over looking as well. As always!!!
Spray Ground Afternoon was discussed for an August 5 th afternoon of fun.
John will be checking on an evening at the Ball Park, More information at the next meeting. There was mention of a possible suite for comfort?
Father Charles gave an update on the repairs at the building that was completed. The survey will be mentioned at masses the first week of June to bring a more current update of the Parishioners at the Parishes. A motion to pay for the gift cards that will be given out for those who reply to the survey was made by Tom and a second by Larry motion carried. We have a new program for 2 nd graders who are preparing for first communion that is being reviewed for use and purchase. A motion by John and a second by Dick that this program be purchased motion carried.
Father Charles led the closing prayer.
A motion for adjournment was made by Larry and a second by Dennis.
