Meeting Notes (Google Phone)
G/K DePorter called the meeting to order at 7.00pm.
G/K DePorter led the opening Prayer and Pledge.
G/K DePorter noted that no Action will be taken with the lack of a quorum!
Moose read the minutes from February Meeting.
G/K Deported that most of the upcoming events have been cancelled until we are able to meet in person. Noting that the June Meeting will be by Phone. Dan will be sending out the call in numbers prior to the meeting.
Larry reported that the Guy Randazzo Memorial Golf Outing will be rescheduled for next year. The October date that was offered will not work.
Larry reported that Mass will be moving ahead to the Parish parking lot starting at 4.00pm Saturday. Enter from 4th Ave (McDonalds Side Gate) and you will be directed from there.
G/K DePorter is hoping to pass out a pamphlet and finger rosary on June 21st Father’s Day. The Feast of Corpus Christi Mass event is being looked at. Maybe the walk but no breakfast.
The date for the Columbus Day Mass will be checked into for the weekend of October 10th or 11th.
Attention to all 3rd Degree Members: The Fourth Degree Exemplification will be held November 14, 2020 in Peoria. This is a close location and in our Diocese. Start planning to attend this event.
G/K Deporter reported that Nancy Schulmeister donated $1,000.00 dollars in Rich’s memory to the Council.
G/K DePorter led the closing Prayer.
