Meeting Notes
THERE WILL BE NO MEETING IN DECEMBER and THE MEETING ON JANUARY 15TH 2020 WILL BE A FIRST DEGREE EVENT with a brief meeting after.
We had about 14 knights that attended the light supper before the meeting.
G/K Deporter called the meeting to order at 7.00 pm.
G/K Deporter led the opening Prayer and Pledge.
Minutes from the previous meeting was read by Moose with a motion to approve as read by Jerry and a second by Tom motion carried.
Treasurer Report was not presented due to Paul being excused.
F/S Brent reported that we have an outstanding bill from Supreme for $134.00. Brent reported that we have now reached a goal that we have been trying to accomplish for quite a while with the membership reaching 100 members. We received a thank you from the Milan Santa fund for our donation.
OLD BUSINESS:
John reported on the Taco Dinner that was a great success and $500.00 will be given to the Christian Food Pantry.
Preston has everything arranged for the St Joe Meal Site on Monday the 25th at the Rock Island Township Hall. Workers will be down around 4.30 and the meal will be served at 5.30.
The Council will be purchasing 4 Boxes of winter coats at approximately $900.00 of various sizes to be distributed for those in need. Motion by John to approve and a second by Jay motion carried.
Discussion to reimburse Chris Kilcoin for the Bible Study Books. Motion to approve the reimbursement of $180.00 to Chris was made by John and a second by Steve motion carried.
The Bulletin Add is due, for renewal at $423.00, the motion by John and a second by Tom motion carried.
The Web Site bill is due for renewal of $307.20, the motion by Steve and a second by Bob motion carried.
Dick and Larry reported on the Tootsie Roll Drive. Once again Dick’s hard work has come through a rough weekend start with the weather with a successful year. The Council will be awarding SPEC and Blackhawk Area Education Center with checks of $1400.00.
NEW BUSINESS:
G/K Dan spoke about Allouez needing a few knights to fill in some times and dates for their Adoration Chapel. Call Dan in you are interested

Trivia Night Event.
Priest and Deacon Appreciation Dinner April 30th
Guy Randazzo Memorial Golf Outing on June 20, 2020. Web Site is same as last year and is up and running.
Taco Supper Event on February 8, 2020.
Prime Rib Sandwich Event.
Make sure that Brent has the most current up to date information on the Council and that Bud has the 4th Degree information for the Bader Assembly.
Last but not least, is the discussion on recruiting new members into our Council.
